For the 7th consecutive year, Coinstar France is transforming small change into donations for the Hospital Foundation, aiming to improve the hospital experience for children and their families. It’s a natural partnership, where each party contributes its expertise to a shared goal: restoring value to small change.

A solidarity fundraising campaign accessible to all

In 2026, the French will be able to empty their Yellow Coins piggy bank in more than 400 Coinstar and Eurocycleur terminals, installed in partner stores: Auchan, Carrefour, E. Leclerc (SCADIF) and, new this year, the Coopérative U.

Following the success of previous editions, the operation is extended again this year:
📅 from Wednesday, January 7 to Saturday, February 28, 2026.
An extended period to allow as many people as possible to participate and support hospitalized children.

Simplify access to donations, in order to increase them.

Since its creation 37 years ago, the Pièces Jaunes operation has funded nearly 10,000 projects in French hospitals, helping to improve the daily lives of hospitalized children and teenagers.

In a sometimes challenging environment, solidarity with young people remains essential. Through its partnership with the Hospitals Foundation, Coinstar France is committed to modernizing and facilitating fundraising, making giving even simpler, faster, and more tangible.

A simple, modern, and robust mechanism

From January 7th to February 28th, 2026, visit one of the 400 participating stores to make a donation:

1. Deposit your coins in a Coinstar or Eurocycleur terminal by choosing the « Make a donation » option.
2. The coins are counted automatically in a few seconds.
3. The exact amount of your donation is displayed on the screen.
4. You can print a receipt to benefit from the tax reduction granted by the State for any donation over €10.

A simple gesture, accessible to all — even the youngest — which allows one to concretely experience giving and to participate, in one’s own way, in a great surge of national solidarity.
